chess.com starting rating is a few hundred points lower than on lichess, so you can think of it like all the ratings are shifted slightly by that amount (this is only really true for lower levels where there are a lot of players, at higher levels chess.com ratings are super inflated).

chess.com's paid analysis is full of gimmicky, buggy and misleading features. If you want a quick full-game analysis report, you're much better off importing to lichess anyway, so that part is just not worth it. For puzzles, chesstempo has much better puzzles than both chess.com and lichess.

Lichess seems to have more cheats over 2000. Many times I have played a 2200-2300 who gets banned, soon enough. The cheaters on lichess seem clustered in the 1650-1800 range. But yeah I think people are playing the opening 10-15 moves then switching the engine on when they get in trouble. I play on chesscom, simply because that was recommended to me when I started about ten years ago, and I want to keep my games archive with over 30,000 games all in the same place. Chess.com is cleaner but lichess has more customization. I like all the modes lichess has like atomic. I prefer Lichess.

Puzzle rating is meaningless since you can sit and crunch positions for 10+ minutes until you actually calculate the win.
